Application & Installation of High Pressure Control Valve
High pressure control valve mainly includes pneumatic high pressure control valve and electric high pressure control valve. The following I will introduce them separately.
Pneumatic high pressure control valve mainly aims at the general control valve in high pressure or high causticity working conditions. The research and development of the pneumatic high pressure control valve quickly improve the control valve’s capability. Electric high pressure control valve widely uses in automatic control system of industry department in oil, chemical, metallurgy, electricity, medical, food and so on.

High pressure control valve
requires the temperature should between -25~60℃ and relative humidity should less than 95%. If the valve install in outdoors or under the high temperature, we should take the waterproof and cooling measure. High pressure control valve primarily use the vertical installation. In some special circumstances,we can also take the slanting installation, but if the gradient angle is large or the volume and the weight of the valve is heavy, we should take certain supports as the protection. When we install an electric high pressure control valve, we should act according the electrical equipment construction requirements. Remember to add some oiling after we overhaul the actuator of it. Do not install the high pressure control valve far away from the ground, especially not over 1.8 meter than the ground, so as to easily use hand wheel to repair it.
