It offers full corrosion resistance, resisting rust, soil chemicals, acids, and alkalis without the electrochemical corrosion found in steel pipe. Its smooth inner surface delivers low friction, greater flow capacity, less pumping power, and prevents scaling. Flexible and tough, it withstands impacts, adapts to ground settlement and seismic shifts; small sizes can be coiled. Butt fusion or electrofusion creates seamless, leak-proof homogeneous joints. Lighter than steel and ductile iron pipe, it cuts transport and installation expenses. With a 50-year design lifespan, carbon black provides UV stability. Non-toxic and recyclable, this PE100 and PE100-RC pipe meets ISO 4427 and EN12201. DN20 to DN2000, multiple SDR and PN ratings suit drinking water, sewage, irrigation, industrial chemical, and slurry transport.
