Function Analysis of Proportional-integral Control Valves

Proportional integral control valves can adjust the flow of steam or hot and cold water, which is widely used in the fluid control of central air conditioning, heating, water treatment, industrial processing and other systems.

Product function of proportional-integral control valves:
1. This system is suitable for temperature control of fresh air units in the air conditioning system in winter/summer.

2. The air supply temperature control system is composed of temperature sensor TE-1, proportional integral temperature controller TC-1 and electric two-way control valve TV-1. The TE-1 installed in the air supply pipe transmits the detected temperature signal to TC-1, and TC-1 compares the detected value of TE-1 with the set value continuously. Then it outputs the signal continuously to control the TV.

3. The opening of TV-1 can be adjusted continuously. Finally, the environmental temperature measured by TE-1 is kept within the set temperature range.

4. When the temperature behind the coil is lower than a certain limit, the low-temperature protection switch TS-1 cuts off the power supply of the motor, so as to close the fresh air valve and prevent the water in the coil from freezing and cracking the coil.

Product characteristics of proportional-integral control valves:
1. The actuator adopts a cast aluminum bracket and plastic shell, which is small in size and light in weight.

2. Permanent magnet synchronous motor with hysteresis clutch mechanism has reliable self-protection function.

3. Suitable for various control signals: increment (floating point), voltage (0 ~ 10 V) and current (4 ~ 20 mA).

4. With 0 ~ 10 V or 4 ~ 20 mA feedback signal (optional).

5. The transmission gear adopts metal gear, which greatly improves the service life of the driver.

6. Low power consumption, large output force and low noise.

7. The valve body can be made of cast copper, cast iron, cast steel and stainless steel to meet the requirements of different working media and temperatures.

8. The valve body has two types: threaded connection and flange connection, which are convenient to install and its structure conforms to IEC international standards.

9. The structure of the valve body includes two-way valves (single seat), two-way balancing valves (balanced type), three-way confluence valves and three-way diversion valves.
