It is manufactured to API 600 standards for bolted bonnet steel gate valves. The body is cast from ASTM A216 WCB carbon steel for high strength and reliability. The wedge combines ASTM A216 WCB with STL6 hardfaced seating surfaces for enhanced wear resistance. The valve measures 6 inches (DN150) and is rated for Class 300 LB (PN50) pressure service.
