Our titanium seamless pipe manufacturer produces TA12 seamless pipes from ASTM B338 Grade 12 (UNS R53400). We supply 10-inch diameter pipes with SCH 40 wall thickness for heat exchanger applications. Grade 12 titanium contains 0.3% molybdenum and 0.8% nickel, offering improved crevice corrosion resistance compared to unalloyed grades. The seamless construction eliminates weld seams and ensures uniform wall thickness throughout the pipe length.
