It uses Inconel 625 (UNS N06625) bellows matched with ANSI SS316 flanges and SS316 valve stems. Produced via laser welding and CNC machining, this assembly delivers zero leakage, excellent high-temperature and corrosion resistance, and an extended service life. Every unit undergoes 100% air leak testing before dispatch. OEM and ODM drawing-based custom sizes, thicknesses, and specs are available for control valves and globe valves in harsh chemical, petrochemical, and power operating environments.
